| Mean Old Bastard | Re: Ann Coulter: I'll campaign and vote for Hillary if McCain is the nominee Rush Limbaugh has said he would vote for Obama if McCain becomes the republican nominee. His reasoning is if the country is going to be fucked over by a liberal president he would rather see it done by a democrat than a republican. Could Ann get any skinnier? At this rate she will dissappear in 8 months and not have to worry about who to vote for. |

The Republican party is better off not winning the general if any of the "top tier" candidates get the nomination, bar Ron Paul. |

| Mean Old Bastard | Re: Ann Coulter: I'll campaign and vote for Hillary if McCain is the nominee The last time I remember being presented with a true conservative candidate was Reagan. |

What did he do to address it? He raised taxes. Gave amnesty to illegals. When governor of California he enacted withholding for state income tax. Government spending ballooned when Reagan was in the White House. He did some good things, but he was not a fully true conservative. I think his speeches were great though, they really rallied conservatives. So, props to him for that.
Barry Goldwater, now that's a Conservative. | |||

| I need teepee for my bunghole. | Re: Ann Coulter: I'll campaign and vote for Hillary if McCain is the nominee I saw Coulter preaching the same shit on Cavuto earlier. I am no longer in love with her. There is something seriously funky going on with her upper lip. It has shit growing on it and it's glossy. |

I know Ron Paul can't possibly change all the things he says he wants to, but I see him as a guy that will steer things in the general direction that will lead to a better country. The driving forces behind Obama and Clinton, are the stupid assholes that believe they are going to get something (like a radical change in Washington politics and spending) for nothing. I still say that if Obama gets elected, the most disillusioned and disappointed people will be Black Americans, because they think a Black President will change the country's racial divide overnight. In Reality a black president will be able to do less for black citizens, because any over the top actions will be viewed as reverse racism. As for Hilldog, The elimination of the Middle class will be done at her hands. Her popularity stems from people believing Bill Clinton will be pulling her tampon strings from the sidelines, and I doubt that very much. Hilldog has her own shopping list and needs our credit card to make it happen. I have been involved in the political scene for longer than a lot of you guys and Reagan was my favorite, of course he made mistakes, but DA is correct his speeches were legendary. And he was a very intelligent man, till Alzheimer's started to rob his mind. It was the changes that Reagan made to the country that allowed George Bush #1 to float through office, and Clinton reaped the economic benefits of the economic gold rush that was started by Ronald Reagan. |
