But anyways they were a 'good' place for prostitutes and crackheads to go for privacy for whatever it is prostitutes and crackheads do. They became so filthy with garbage that they had to disable the part that self cleans it and because it became so expensive. Some cities get around this cost by letting companies advertise on the city property in exchange for paying off the cleaning company. But because there's a city ordinance that bans city officials from using advertisements on the public property they couldn't generate enough revenue to see it worthwhile to keep the toilets up anymore. So they paid their $540,000 to terminate the maintenance contract and now they are selling the toilets on EBay starting out at $89,000 and No bids yet.
