She gets the single issue gun voters, considering John McCain's horrible gun record, being that Palin is a lifetime member of the NRA and an avid hunter. She gets the angry Hillary vote, the ones that can't get over it enough to vote for Obama. Those voting for Obama because of making history bit, but a little pretentious about it now have a historical reason to vote for McCain. She brings in fiscal conservatives. I, in a way--at least from what I've read, like her energy and environmental policies. She's good on taxes, and squashed Senator Ted Stevens "bridge to nowhere". This enforces McCain's "independent, maverick" claims. And here's what she has to say about Marijuana... adn.com | 2006 Gubernatorial election : Same-sex unions, drugs get little play

Plus I watched her speech today, and if anyone saw it or sees it tonight, two things, #1 she has about as much charisma as a house plant, and #2 Look at McCain's face while she is speaking, and it looks like he needs to take a crap. And I'm not sure where that speech was given, but for the number of people there they certainly did not sound overjoyed by her. Fuck McCain, fuck Obama!
