Been wanting to read quite a few more, but haven't gotten around to it. He is a little to militaristic at times, and you can often detect a slight libertarian bent to his stories. I love his writing though, and I am not even a big fan of Sci-Fi. Maybe because most of it is written so poorly. Sincerely, Slutter McGee |

Starman Jones was also a good read. And I seem to remember The Number of the Beast being very good too. Got to get copies of those again and re-read em. Maybe turn my son on to them too. |

I had seen the movie before I read the book. I actually liked the movie much more. The book was this: Politics, politics, politics, a fight, politics, politics, politics, politics, politics, oh look a giant bug, politics, politics, politics, politics, oh thats right i almost forgot that there are actual characters in this book lets develop them a little, poltics, politics, politics, politics, politics, politics, politics..............and on to infinity.
