Penn and Teller did a special on something like this. They took people in a restaurant and gave them all these choices in "fine waters." They gave it to them in these designer bottles and all of them said "this is the best water I have ever had," or "I can taste the difference" or any other variation. They even put a spider in one and said it added to the flavor and the poeple still drank it! It was hilarious, because after they did that they told them that tthe water came directly from the spicket and water hose from right outside their building. For the most part it's all in peoples heads. | ||||

After a day of fencing in 100 degree weather along the way we found a spring coming out of a mountain, and put our heads under it and also drank the hell out of it by putting our mouth right under the rock it was coming out of. It was the best damn water I ever tasted, so cold, so refreshing. It could have been the exhaustion and dehydration of labor in 100 degree weather, but god damn I will never forget how that water tasted and how bad ass it was. | ||||
