So I got adderal for the ACT but i've never taken it before. Is it worth it to take it or will it not help/mess me up.

i dno what ADD medicines are like, but alot of mental meds take a few weeks before they do anything to you..... but i dont know anything about ADD meds in general just that anti depressents are like that

i took it a bit last year, and by a bit, i mean like 40 pills in 24 hrs, and they were the big orange ones with the time release broken down, so yeah, i went to class, for one hr, and produced 6 pages of notes front and back, now aint that some shit

oh, by the way, i dont take notes

add medicines work by temporarily puttting already hyper brains into an "overdrive" of sorts, which causes the brain to calm down. when someone that isn't really hyper or has trouble concentratiung takes them it causes your brain to speed up, but not so much that it calms down like it would if you had add

I have ADHD...

and I took adderall for a long ass while...20 MG orange pills...the good stuff.

It's pretty much like the poor man's meth. I traded some to a friend for a big ass sack of weed and he called me 3 days later saying he hadn't slept but he was too awake to go to sleep, but too tired to stay up...ain't that a bitch.

Remember, not all shit is adderall, I think they stopped giving out percrips to adderall to everybody (only to servere cases like mine I guess) because people would abuse them or sell them.

But then I realized I needed self-discipline and stopped taking them all together.
