Chances are any alien species that advanced would only come to kill and eat us, or to kill us and steal our planet. We would be so primitive to them we would be useless.

Sort of like Alien Nation. Sea water is like battery acid to the aliens. Oh well, I've heard more preposterous weaknesses. Like disease from the planet the aliens invade killing them off. Sorry, ain't happening. The aliens didn't grow up here. They wouldn't have even a similar physiology. No way we can infect them. No way they can infect us with their diseases either.

Same with the drawings and sketches of visitors. No way aliens would look like that. Eyes on top mouth below with a nose, if there at all, somewhere in the middle and ears, again if there at all, on the sides of the head. The physical features of our faces and heads evolved on this planet. There's very little chance that even one alien race would come up with that particular configuration, let alone several totally different species. It's not possible. The drawings I've seen are exactly what humans would think aliens would look like. Faces that look remarkably similar to ours and skulls that imply massive brains. It's like they're saying "Hey, I saw an alien and it looks like we'll look in a few thousand years." It's still a human centric view. Almost saying we are the ultimate outcome of evolution. When we meet real aliens, if they would ever want to contact dipshits like us, they'll look nothing like we imagined. I guarantee you.
