It used to be when you came to America, you'd land on Ellis Island, and be quarantined for a little bit at the immigrant station. You'd be asked two questions: Do you have any communicable diseases? And, are you an imbecile? If they observed during the quarantine procedure that you have neither a communicable disease and are at least reasonably suited to care for yourself you would be put on a ferry and brought to the mainland. However, if you could not show this you would be shipped back to the shit hole you came from. It was much easier to get in the U.S. back in those days. My guess is you'd still not be let in, DA7, for one of those reasons or the other. My guess is the latter moreso than the former.
