Yes. Meximus Lietous. Jamacian Herb was a great specimin of this species. He was a beutiful little bugga! This creature usualy says that he is from a state such as south carolina, but we know that this little bugga really resides in PA. Common characteristics of Meximus Lietous' are that they make outragous claims. They might say that they became a cop in two days or that they drive a vet during the day and helicopter at night. Watch out for this critta, if you spot him please send me a picture of this beutiful specime.
