i was driving about 20 mph
hit some ice
hit my brake
pulled the ebrake
hit a gaurd rail that stopped me from plunging 10 feet into a river below
drove away.

when i got to my house i was expecting to see a huge dent in the side of my car. instead there was a broken left tail light. the light still works just the case is all fucced up.


now im going to have to pay $100+ fix it

i was going around a gentle turn. the car wasnt turning so i hit my brakes and the car kept going somehow the bacc end swung out enough to hit the gaurd rail

That's why ye put it into 2nd and push the throttle, mate. Only way to get back on the track. Blocking the wheels only makes the car continue skidding..

one time my wheels hit ice. instead of hitting the brakes i gently hit the gas.
the car fishtails one way. i pull out then it starts fishtailing the other way.
i pull out of it too hard do almost a 360 right in the middle of the road barely miss a telephone pole. there was cars coming in both directions but they stopped as soon as the car started sliding.

this was driving an infiniti with anti-locc brakes so when i try to stop the pedal wont let me stop.
these cars are pretty expensive have a good ammount of power and would have been a lot to repair

Fwd on ice is better. Ever been on an ice track? Up here ye gotta have an ice driving course before ye get yer license. Pretty fun!

here when i went to a empty parking lot to try to learn how to drive on ice, i had to run from the cops.

The other cars stopped but you didn't..... The Anti-Lock brakes are designed to help in this situation, you defeated them by pulling the Emergency Brake....Learn to drive better...or start perfecting your underwater automobile escape technique .....

a) locking the brakes is the worst thing you can do on ice.

b) hitting the throttle isn't much better unless you are capable of controlling the vehicle while two wheels are spinning 100x as fast as the other two (try it with RWD, I'm pretty good at it

c) You should not have been on the roads. Every News Channel I caught this week has been saying " stay off the roads Tuesday night " let the plow trucks do their job.

d) I'm about to go driving and make some $$$$$.

e) I'd recommend using your dads 4x4 next time you HAVE to drive on Ice but you would probably run an innocent family off the road and into said river.

F) You Failed be happy it's only $100 piece of plastic rather than hypothermia w/ a broken leg and underwater cell phone .
