i love csi man. a lot of the techniques in the show are real techniques but the time it takes to get results is fabricated.
like when they run a print through afis the computer scans it and then after a few minutes it spits out a direct match. thats not what happenes. in real life they scan the print into afis and then the computer brings up like 100 possible matches. the tech needs to look at the loops and swirls of each print to find a match.

cold case files owns though. i love it

csi is a good show. it is pretty interesting. I dont have cable nemore because its 47 bucks a month and i dont watch 47 bucks worth of tv, i hardly turn it on. Ive seen that show cold case once or twice, its pretty good.

all i need is my trusty puter.

Ive got the first 19 channels, its some value tier its only 7 bucks with my internet. I get some sort of combo deal. The only things i watch are sports and a few shows. Its 2 oclock ive been home from school for a few hours and havent turned the tv on yet.

i usually sit at the computer all day watching tv right next to it. the tv is usually on history channel, discovery shannel, or a&e.
lately i have been watching trauma life in the er on discovery health. thats a pretty good show man. they show all kinds of shit

Never seen cold case, but I love CSI...it's soooo far from realistic, it's better than comedy....they got computers that can do everything except cooking a four meal dinner. They can only compute 3 meals...

I once saw then isolate 2 different car engine sounds and could attach them to the right vehicles...just from a recording on a cell phone with loads of background noises...

I'd love to have that pc

does the amp make your internet faster or just more stable boon ? And, do they change you for it ?

I had them file a ticket yesterday so the engineers could fix my internet because it was going extrememly slow for the last couple weeks... the ping time to my router is supposed to be between 60-90ms, but mine was going inbetween 1800-2500ms yesterday... and on speakeasy speed test it was going 120 down and 100 up or something... so they are checking it out and hopefully going to fix it within the next 72hrs...
