im 225... 11 days clean.. still testing positive.. excersizing at least ever 3 days and drinking water when i can...

any advice?

Shit, I weigh in about 220-225 like a couple months ago, I havent checked since but i aient really changed.

And it took me over a month to be fucking clean. I took this max stregth detox and passed court ordered tests.

when do you need to be clean by?

11 days isn't enough anyways... give it 30 and if you're not clean by then just buy a detox drink the day before you need to get tested...

its never been this long for me.. usually 7 days... 10 days max... wow... i must of been hittin hard... lol


by the end of the month or maybe sooner..

i dont have a court date or nothing.. but i need to get cleaned up in case a interview or something... they are hiring at my friends job...

when my friend was sent to rehab it took him over 80 some days to finally pass a DT since being clean. he was around 180lbs and smoked literally ounces of weed at a time...

ok... i NEVER got that bad... i dont think i did more than a gram at a time.. but the thc% in the stuff i had was very high.. i think that has something to do with it too...

I have a friend that is 190-200lbs, he took 2 months to test negative...he was an everyday smoker, and we smoked alot...i suggest you take 1000mg's niacin with a light meal daily for a week...this will speed up the process as it raises metabolism, green tea also makes your metabolism raise burning the fat that contains the thc...now i am not a doctor but high doses of niacin can cause liver damage if use is prolonged...but i have done it for a week with no noticable damage and i was taking more than 1000mgs most of the days...excercising, remember the more you sweat the more fat you burn, so if you wear sweats while exercising may help...one thing about the niacin is it may make you feel wierd and burn, but keep yourself hydrated, like REALLY hydrated and it will be no problem to get used to...hmmmm that is all i can think of now....also the heavier you are the more the thc has the chance to bury itself so it is going to take time, but before you know it you will be clean...day of your DT you can dillute just a very little and urinate midstream...well i hope this info helps, and good luck with the job hunting ivy!

piss normally then drink alot of water and test again. i actually passed a drug test my mom gave me yesterday doing that. she was really proud of me. it was sweet.

that works fine and dandy on a home test...but on a lab test it would have came back as diluted and they would make you take another DT...

i'd use the 500mg or 1000mg niacin they give a cool sunburn if you smoke everyday. i weigh 120 and at 8 months sober i still had traces of thc in my urine, but i smoked a lot.
