Ya.. Go to GNC and make sure u get non time release niacin.. I got a 100 500 mg tablets for 10 bucks..

It says "No Flush Niacin 500"

i dont know what the no flush means though...

i know if its a lab test sometimes they test for the chemicals used to flush your system out, so then they consider that a positive i think.... but i always just take a break, i can handle it and its good for me

fuck no it's not true. i was clean for well over a month and i failed a test. i thought for sure i was gonna pass to. it's all in the test they do. some tests are more accurate than others.

i had a friend who passed using a drink but he had to drink a whole gallon of the water mix and who knows how long it was since he last smoked or how his body ejected it.

the rule is 2 months if you're a heavy smoker. And that 72 hours thing is true also. if you smoke once every blue moon it will get out of your system faster.

^^ this is true for some and not for others. One guy I know can smoke for three days and pass a drug test three four days later. And another that took 2 months and finally passed. It depends on many, MANY variables.

werd. I was talking based on my sister-in-law. Her work would do random DT but she had never gotten one and she wanted to smoke really bad when we went camping this summer, she blazed those two days and like the following thursday they pulled out the random DT and she almost shit a brick but she passed.

well im not too big and have really high metabolism. I was clean for 4 weeks and then i smoked once, and i have heard several other people tell me roughly the same thing about the 72 hr thing.

after i passed the test they tested my piss and it was diluted, that took 2 days and i thought i was clear. im not taking the test until monday so that will be over 110 hrs since i smoked...i am pretty active at work and whatnot so im hoping the amount of time mixed with some other things i am going to do will help me. like taking cretine and salt to keep the piss looking normal and some b vitimans and asprin keeps the THC molicules from doing something i dont know ive been doing alot of research...

the salt and critine levels they test to determine if it is diluted. i am going to drink gatoraide instead of water to keep vitimans and minerals in me as well. im going to GNC today as well.

the human resource ass wants me to take it today, but my boss is out of town so i had the option to come in or not to work, but before i knew about the test i agreed to come in. im going to come in late and not go to the place the human resouce guy is until really late so even if he sees me it will be to late to go take the test.

im also going to get some at home testers for sunday night and monday. the bank is closed monday but the testing place isnt so he wont get the paper work but 1 day later if i take it friday than if i take it monday.
