Emo vs Grunge

Is Emo just a ripoff of grunge? It seems that way to me, except it's gayer, and the music is shittier. I can't really recall any grunge dudes wearing womens jeans, or getting together and crying. I dunno, I see all these little cliques everywhere, got the wiggers listening to rap music, the emo kids are crying in a corner, the cow pokers are strangling their balls in tighter jeans than even the emo kids, and grunge is fuckin dead.
I kinda remind myself of donny.

Cliques are pretty stupid really. I think it's quite funny how people try to dress up in a different, provocative way, then band together with people who look exactly the same as them. Really, who chooses their friends through the clothes they wear and what fad they're all subscribing to anyway?

Haha, no need to hide. I do dress up to extent, but I'm definitely not part of any clique. All my close friends are completely unique, which is fantastic. Actually, a mate of mine was saying last weekend how everyone might think it's kind of strange how a guy like me in all my metal garb is walking along the street with him. I thought that was pretty funny.

Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Pearl jam, The Melvins some Mudhoney, I guess Smashing Pumpkins and The Pixies, but I'm not really sure if they're grunge.

Nice. I can't really criticise though, because I wear a leather jacket and I've never owned a bike. Maybe some day.
