well it does seem to be expunged from public knowledge/view. I emailed somebody from the DPS who runs the CCW shit and they said to either go to a state judicial records website and search myself, or call the state records bureau. On the site I don't have ANYTHING on my record, not even traffic tickets I've received.

Thats tough, i don't know much about background checks. There isn't a sneaky way to get one without a valid reason or something.
