Why did my shrooms have to go mouldy!!!! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrgg!

Fucking piss take. All because my mate was in a bad mood last friday, I saved the shrooms in an airtight jar. I lost £10 of a potential shroom trip.

Mouldy shrooms = toxic substance.

I just read up on health effects - including severe sickness and bleeding of the lungs. Fuck taking a chance with that.

Im just gonna get drunk and smoke some ganja right now to take my mind off it.

You make them with Vermaculite and Brown rice flower and water. It is explained in the PF Tek instructions.
Also you need a sterile enviroment, that's where I fucked up. It got botched somehow...?

search for PF Tek on www.everlasting gobstoppers.org.
Basically, you make these cakes with brown rice flower and vermaculite and water in 1/2 pint no-shoulder canning jars, sterilize them by boiling in hot water for an extended period of time. Let them cool, inject the spores, once a white mold has filled the jar you take them out and put them in a really humid place, a terarium. It explains in detail in the PF Tek method of growing them. It's really simple, and takes a bout a month or less to grow them. One syringe can make 10 cakes and each cake can yeild about a quarter, more or less depending on strain and conditions.

That is a good point. It doesn't have to be super clean, but if you see a mold other than the color white, you are supposed to toss it. It could be deadly. Many people have had good results doing it fairly sloppy.
