I found a sweet deal on a 3 bedroom house that was on a lake but the bitch said she will only rent to families. There has to be some kind of law against that.

i don't know man...i think if someone owns a complex type deal there are certain laws that have to follow. if some old bitch owns a house she can rent or not rent to whoever she wants.

i've had that shit happen to me before....

for instance, if she has less than (this many) units there are no laws reguarding tennants that she has to follow.

i could be wrong but i doubt it

I seriously suggest that you rent a HOUSE not an apartment. So you can smoke weed without worrying about your neighbors smelling it, you hear what I am saying? Cause if you go and smoke weed in an apartment, your neighbors is bound to of smelt it. They'll be pissed, walk up to your door and be like "...what the fuck dude." I smell weed, Than you'll be like, "that's tobacco." and then they'll be like "...I know what tobacco smells like, and it don't smell piney and stuff. You better stop smoking weed or else your ass will belong to the cops." and than you'll be like "FUCK."

Kinda sucks doesn't it.

It was just a small lake with a neighboorhood built around it. Maybe 20 acres or so. I had actually been fishing in it before.

Well i have an update.

I searched for 2 days all around and i have only found 2 houses for rent. 1 which i cant rent because i am 22 (fuck that bitch), and 2 i found one in a good central location for me, my buddy, and my gf. Its 5 minutes from our college too. Its a little more than the other house but has a big yard with a privacy fence and a deck and a front porch.

Heres the problem. Its a 3 bedroom house, which means we need 1 more roomie. Splitting a 3 person rent 4 ways makes it less than 200 a month between the 4 of us. The only problem is our 3rd roomie is unsure of his situation. His buddy (who i do not like at all) wants to move out but is in massive debt so he doesnt know if he can.

This sucks because we need to know ASAP so we can fucking get the house. Someone rode by and looked at it in the 15 minutes i was there yesterday, and since there is a lack of houses for rent out of the city limits, we need to act quickly. Hopefully i will know today if the 3rd person is going to move in with us. If not, me and buddy and GF could pay for it until we found another rommie, or we might just have to get an apartment at the big lake thats in my town.

Since my town has a, umm, very large minority popularion, actually i am a minority because im white, all the houses in town, espically all the 2 bedroom houses, are in the ghetto, and im not moving there. I really want this house so everyone pray to the ganja god for me.

trust me dude..the roomate shit don't work out..eventually it's gonna crumble and you'll be in a worse situation than you are now.
