Penguins are fucking cute, but my gf maggit is disagreeing...she will have to log on later haha...

Anyway, penguins....they make that cute squagally noise, and they puke shit to feed their babies which is gross yet compelling to watch somehow, they are incredilbly hardass because they survive the antarctic winter by huddling on the ice-flows, and protecting their young that way.....oh, and young penguins are adorable, such beauty can live in such harshness :)

i used to swim with the manateesa ll the time. it's against the law in florida to approach them but right by my grandparents house on the crystal river there is a spring they all gather at. it's set way back in this channel so not a lot of human traffic gets back there. i'd canoe out there and shit and dive in the water and swim with 1-10 of them at any time...the'd be grubbing on brush and i'd get nose to nose with them and shit....i try to do it once a year....january is the best time
