just got a letter in the mail from my wife's insurance company. since costs are going up, they are passing that on to us.

it's going to be 40 more every 2 weeks period and then june 1st since i'm on the plan, it's going up another 100 per month. so in total, 140 dollars more per month for insurance. out doctor visit copay went up 5 dollars per visit and our prescription benefits went up too but i forget by how much.

yeah... those companies are always finding new ways to fuck thier customers in the ass, gov does the same thing... nothing new, but sucks it happened to you.

another thing that fuckin bugs me is all these companies offering all these sweet deals to try and lure new customers then once you're a customer, they give you shit.

cell phone companies. new customers get these deals. sign up get a free fucking phone. but once you're with the company, you get no deals. want to get a new phone, fuck you got to pay full price even though you've been a paying customer for 2 years.

it's bullshit. once you're a customer, their service turns to shit.


give you an example. my management company. we are moving to a new apartment complex but it's owned by the same company. if you are 10 months or more into your current lease, you don't have to pay the 100 dollar transfer fee. our lease was up in february so we signed a new lease. we are still in the same apartment though. technically we are only a couple months into the CURRENT lease so we have to pay. even though we've lived in this apartment for a year and a couple months and the apartment directly across the hall for a year. we have to pay. i don't think we should have had to.



if some new people would have signed a lease and 10 months into it wanted to transfer, they don't have to pay but since we've been here going on 3 years and just signed a new lease, we have to.

Fucking health insurance sucks big time.

I own my own company. My health insurance for me, the wife, and two kids = 1285.00 a month.. No out patient and very little on prescriptions..
My prescriptions cost me approx 415.00 A month.. The insurance covers 48.00 of it..

Company liability insurance is just as bad..

No claims in 16 years... Still paying about 14,000.00 a year.
