Well with summer here and all my friends having parties and drinkin everynight my hangovers have doubled

Was just wondering some of your guy's cures for a hangover.


So far what I do is take some asprin, drink lots of water and try and eat some filling foods. Just curious on what works for you guys.

Well today I had splitting headache, so my cure was as follows -

Eat some breakfast, have a hot bath/shower, eat some filling lunch, and drink juice and water.

Seems to have worked well anyway.

Yea I think the key is to drink lots of water or juice(not soda) and get some filling foods to absorb all that alcohol.

Whats odd is I never get hang overs. I will just pass the hell out and not remember a damn thing and wake up with a little bit of a dry mouth but thats it. But my body counters that by making my eyes very red from even smokin a bowl or two... oh well

Your best bet... when you're adequately drunk, start drinking water. Hangover is dehydration, so usually about a bottle or 2 of water will cute it down a lot. Plus I try to eat something and pop a couple excedrin before I pass out.

If you get one, lots of water, 3 excedrin, and some smokage tend to clear it up real quick for me. Unless your puking, in which case, have fun.

the only thing that cures a hangover is time, but there are things along the way that make you feel a little better, such as medicine and alot of fluids.

I always guzzle down 5 or 6 pints of water before I go to sleep, but I still feel pretty dry in the morning. We Orcadians drink stupid amounts of booze.
