Also, I was shooting and this wannabe fag is there, the one who bought all his guns based on what he saw in video games type of guy. He has fingerless glovers and aviators us. He kept talking about his m16 even though it was an ar15 not m16. Then when I was shooting my .22 pistol he gets all hella mad and says "CAN YOU PUT UP A FUCKIN SCREEN?". And I was like "wtf, this is the range fag, you're going to get hit with brass. Then he told the range officer that I was being a meany and the range officer said everybody is getting hit with brass, deal with it. I wanted to punch that faggot so hard.

Like the statute I previously discussed, prior to 1994 when this law
was amended, the statute read ?fined not more than $2,000?. This was
changed in 1994 to read ?shall be fined under this title? which
effectively gives the court the authority to impose a fine at its
discretion. Of course the imprisonment terms mentioned in the statute
speaks for itself.
