How much pain can you take, before you need something, tylenol, Motrin, whatever....

I hate it when people tell me... your not in pain...

well.. fuck them.. im sitting here.. and im in pain... and i cant do anything but think about it... cuase its there.. and i got to wait for the meds to kick in.. so ... anyway..

When i hurt my ankle is was moderate and i was ok with like 600 Motrin
Labor... it was smooth sailing... considering it was 27 hours...
but my back right now.. is screaming!!!!

I've had sinus infections that were at a 10, to the point where I was crying over it, and I never cry over pain. That medicine couldn't come fast enough.

I can generally handle about a 6 or 7 before I'm needing something though.

this is the chart they gave me for my migraines and when i have a migraine im usually about 6-10 i had a number 10 migraine about 3 weeks ago and shit it makes you want to kill yourself.. and no medicine works for my migraines...

my normal headaches are around 1-5.

shit, i've been off the charts so many times
there are different levels of pain too. like my back pain that is an 8 even with themorphine but i take it. it sucks cause it's always there.

tatts that are in the crazy spots that are just for a couple hours

maybe a certain type of wound

all i know is that i can take more pain than most other people that i've met. when it comes down to it, bring that shit on

i get those dude. ever have an imitrex injection? those are pretty hardcore?

go to the doc and shit and hopefully you can go through the motions and get a kit to where you can give yourself the imitrex for when it gets bad.


several times a year i have to go to the er for shots or have my mom come over and give me an imitrex shot cause of a serious migraine

Meh, I can deal with it a lot of pain. Because I have to everyday. I have developed a extremly high pain tolerance,because I don't like to take pills very much. So I just smoke more marijuana than humanly possible. But when it gets to the point the pain is so nagging that I feel like repeatedly bangin my head into the wall just to feel some other sensation other than the nagging ass pain, I take the pills...

I guess i can take alot of pain cause im always in pain since my brain anurisim back in 85 and my arthritis and fibromalaga so im always in pain but the weed help it but im kind of used to it after all these yrs

i did have imitrex pills and if i remember, they didnt do shit.. now im taking pills called metoclop and i only take them when i have a headache to a maximum of two pills per week. they dont do shit either. im also taking topamax pills i dont know what they're for but they arent working either.. they said if those dont work they are putting me on amitryptyline instead of topamax and stuff...
