God damn you're a dumbfuck. I've said like 3 times not to challenge my gun authority. You don't have to be 21 to OWN a handgun, DUMBFUCK! Only 21 to buy one from a DEALER like a gunshop. I could buy one from my neighbor or somebody in the paper, or receive one at a gift and legally own it in my state at 19. Its 18 in texas just so you know. So at 19 I can possess/carry it. Also if you cared to read, I carry concealed like in the pic in a car, but once u get out, I have to tuck my shirt behind the gun so its clearly visible, it is THEN open carry. Anymore fuckin brain busters? you fuckin blind retard.

Oh and just so you know, its Federal law you can posess a handgun at 18, its just further restricted by each individual sate, so depending on the state it might be 18, 19, 20, 21 to own a handgun and so on. FUCKING KNOW IT ALL ELROY DOESNT KNOW SHIT!!!!!

YES I CAN RETARD. let me explain it again. No you cant get a CCW permit to conceal in PUBLIC until I'm 21. But in a vehicle, which in my state is an extension of my home, i can carry however I want just like in my own home. Concealed, on the dash board, under the seats. So when I'm in a car I carry concealed, if I have to get out somewhere, I either leave the gun in the car, or tuck my shirt behind the gun so its clearly visible making it OPEN CARRY, which is legal without a permit. FAGGOT FOR THE 293-094239023TH TIME.

How come black people are always slamming on the gas then when cops try to pull them over and throw the gun out of the car or when the car stops make a run for it with the gun, on th show cops, and they ask why they didnt pull over or why they ran they said, cuz I had a gun. Again, thats MY states laws. They varies from state to state. In some states its illegal to have a gun in your car all together unless its in the trunk. I think Ricky L and elroy are twins, getting all hella confused about gun laws. Another thing, since they're black the gun is probably illegal, so even if they are in a state where its legal to have the gun in the car, if its an illegal gun that goes out the window as far as being legal.
