Well I found a torrent with a huge Captain Beefheart Collection. And, that song is in the list of files included. It's 1.2 GB or something.

After you click on this link just click on the link at the very top that says " Captain Beefheart (15 Albums,mp3) Other/Unsorted" and it will bring you to the torrent download page where you can select to Download the torrent, and Im sure you can figure the rest from there.
