here is the sitch. first off at my old complex there was this dude that always used to try and talk to me and shit. he moved out and everything is fine. turns out he moved into this complex and is my next door neighbor.

he just gives off the wrong vibe. he comes over all the time knocking at the door and i try to b nice and say i just don't want company and he chats for a minute and then he leaves. also, it seems like he is always there. if i walk in the main door to go upstairs he just comes out his apartment to walk downstairs and vice versa. he is always just "there" and i'm not liking it.

the other day his wife was here talking to my wife and i was in the bathroom putting on a shower head and i heard the door open and i look out and this dude just opened my door and was standing there.

wtf?

i'm trying to be nice but i just have "that feeling"

i don't know man...i'm probably paranoid about shit. as a few of you know when i was about 6-7 my house was broken into in florida and my parents were beat down pretty bad and damn near killed and i saw a good deal of it happening. i'm just getting a weird vibe.....

i got door and window alarms on all my windows, my door and my sliding glass door and i keep my piece on my table by the bed locked and loaded.

i just have a feeling that i'm gonna have to not be "nice" anymore and tell him the fuck how it is.

i don't want any company, i don't want a friend and i don't want him coming to my house anymore or we are going to have a fucking problem..well, he is.

what do you think?

dude, i know exactly what u mean about having a weird vibe from a person, and u should tellem dude, u shouldnt have to deal with that bullshit. and also, a similar thing happened to me when i was 5, i was staying at my uncles house and me nd my cousin were sitting in the living room playing mario, then all of a sudden i get this like bad feeling and i turn around and my uncle pulls out a gun and shoots my aunt in the head, then shoots himself. i dont want to sound like a pussy but i fainted after i saw that. then i woke up like 3 hours later with my cousin crying next to his dead parents... im never gonna forget that shit, and it has made me paranoid and stuff, cuz i never could of seen it happening and it just makes me feel like anything could happen at any moment

check this man..this is how it went down..

first off the dude that broke in was on pcp so he was fucking amped....had to be..my dad is bad ass mofo and he couldn't take him.

guy knocks at the door and asks if he can use the phone cause his car broke down. mom said wait outside and went to get my dad. dad opens the door and the guy sticks a .45 in his face. he yells at dad to give him the keys to his sled.(thought my dad had a harley cause he had harley decals in the window of the car.)

backs dad into the house and hits him on the head with the but of the gun. when he does that the clip fell out and my mother dives on the clip. guy reaches down and yokes my mom up by the hair and then my dad pounces. they are both fighting with this guy and they make their way to the kitchen. this is when i wake up cause i hear shit and i walk right into the kitchen. there is blood fucking everywhere, my parents are all bloodied up, the phone was ripped out of the wall and the fridge was knocked down. my mother was piggy backing this guy and sawing at his throat with a knife trying to slice him open and my dad is whaling on him and the guy still won't go down.\

mom jumps off him and runs me across the street to the neighbors house. neighbors wife calls the cops and stays with my while mom and the neighbor go back into the house to rumble. i don't know what kind of fighting went down after that but the cops got there pretty quick.

i remember sitting on the porch with my mother and father all bleeding to shit, dads head is busted open and he is holding a rag on his head and every single medic there is giving their attention to this fuck that just tried to kill my family.

somehow someone called my grandfather and he rolled up while this was going on with the medics and he rushed the dude that broke in and all hte fucking cops drew down on my grandfather.

fucked up man....i'll never forget it and i'll never let it happen to me..

i know alot of people will probably say you should tell him whats what... but in this situation, i don't think its necessary in the way that your thinking... i know exactly what you mean about these kind of people, they get annoying and try to attach themselves to your life... sometimes they get weird... but mostly, they are just lonely people with few friends... so i guess just be assertive... if you are aggressive, it may be awkward the rest of the time you are neighbors...

edit: damn... i didn't read the two posts above me until now...

both are extremely fucked up... sorry, you fucks had to go through that shit... life is definitely a bitch sometimes...

damn dude... i have alot of respect for ur rents and the way they handled that shit, most would of ended up dead. pcp does crazy shit to ppl, ive seen sock puppets in baltimore on that shit and it has made me never want to do it

thats wht my wife says..thinks he's probably bored and shit but fuck man, i'm trying to make it clear without being rude. this is my place and i have the right to not be bothered. i'm trying but i can only be nice for so long. if it gets to that point then it gets to that point but i just don't like it.

this one time when i was bout 9 my mom and i were riding our bikes down the sidewalk and this dude backed out of his driveway and almost hit me. my mom yelled watch it or some shit and he called her a bitch...she got off that bike and grabbed the bike chain and lock and started swinging it in the air trying to tell him to fucking bring it on...craziness.

this time before i was born my dad got into a mix with this one dude and dad kicked him in the face..he was wearing riding boots. tore the mother fuckers eyebrow straight off his faceahahahahahahhaha

Boon... have you considered running a background check on this guy?
Get all the information you can on this guy .. you should know what your dealing with before you interact with him any further.
If you feel that he record or lack thereof is of no significant threat to you... draw the line..
maybe he is just a lonely guy...
there is no such thing as "circumstance" things are for the reasons that they are... you just need to find out what.
This guy lived across from you and bothered you there... why on earth would he possibly go out of his way to move where you moved to and continue with the same odd behavior.

I would strongly suggest that you or anyone in your family to not let him enter your home .. ever again... or interact with him if its at all possible.. everytime he enteres you home he learns the layout.. everytime he speaks to you .. he learns more to use against you..

i know it may seem paranoid... but as i read your story.. it didnt sit right with me.. as it didnt with you.

Due to my sisters poor choice of friends... they learned the layout and schedule of her family (i didnt live with her at the time) and 3 hoods brook in their house, pistol whipped her mother and father, and took all they had.. and luckily didnt rape her...

Theres gotta be a way you can let this guy know you don't want him around without saying anything to him. Just be an ass to the guy, maybe he'll get the hint. If he doesn't, next time he comes over tell him how the fuck it is.

My dad hated my next door neighbor, actually I hated the guy too, even though I was only 4 or 5. I ended up taking a crap on the guys driveway.
Apparently my dad was extremely proud.

my neighbor rents out their garage to a lawn care company, and they cut her grass for free.. hey no big deal whatever they are never even there besides once a week maybe.. but one day i come home and theirs a truck parked there with no license plate or tag.. fuck that it was like 20ft from my pool so i went and asked her what was up and she said they are gonna leave it there till they get the money to get it running to pass inspection fuck that i said come on be realistic thats not fair she got bitchy so i called the zoning office and he sent her a letter and had to have it toed.. since she's been a cunt she left this real mean letter on my front porch and shit-- fuck that shit i didnt even respond

the guy seems harmless really but he just gives off a vibe. i don't know how to explain it. he's just always fucking there.

his balcony faces the parking lot and my parking spot is right in front of his balcony. without fail, when i pull in or out, he comes out there on the balcony.

today i was walking to the car and he was coming from around the building by where the dumpster is. he's about 70 feet away and i'm on my cell and getting into my car and he starts hollering at me trying to talk.

yesterday he came over and when i answered the door i said i was taking my kid to the store. we talked for a minute and i was like "i have my kid every day for the summer so we'll just be hanging out" thinking that would drop the hint. very next day he is knocking on the door.

i told my wife that if he ever comes to the door when i'm not home to not answer the door. either don't answer or shout through that i'm in the shower or something. she said that when she is alone and she sees him in passing he never talks to her without me so that makes me feel better.

i really don't want to be rude but i don't fucking want company and people knocking at my door everyday. i don't have any friends and i want it that way.

i'm gonna give it a few more times and just brush him off and if he don't take the hint i'm just gonna say something to the effect of"hey man, i'm not trying to be rude but i really don't want any company so please don't knock on my door and shit. if we bump into each other in the parking lot we can chat or something but i really don't want guests"

if he cops an attituse then i'll just tell him that i think he's a weird fucker and dtay away from me and my wife or we are going to have a serious problem.

don't really know what else to do.
