   | if sum1 breaks in and u shoot them do they take your gun? I know they take it at first, but i always figured if it was a clean shoot you got your gun back but i just read that its gone for good, doesn't mean you can't go buy a new one but they aren't gonna reimburse you or anything... | ||||

If your involved in a shooting the officers will consficate your weapeon pistol.rifle,shotgun, whatever as long as its declared justafiable and you have it legaly or a member of your household does you shot a burguler with your father gun in the home you both share, you will get it back. But if you live in DC were no ones allowed to own handguns and you shoot the same burgulear you can be charged with posseion of an illegal weapeon and belive it or not can be sued by the person you shot. | ||||
