I couldn't sleep even after lying in bed for an hour. So I made myself a cup of sleepytime tea with honey and logged onto my favorite internet site to pass the time until I am tired enough for sleep.

I get insomnia... til about 6am, and by then I sleep too late, and then I get mad at myself, but I've slept in too late to go to bed early, so I do it all again...

Shit happend to me, I drank coffee and when I have caffiene in my system before bed my mind races and I talk to myself in my head and its hard not too.. I was up till 2:00 and I have to get ready for school at 6:00, so I'm running on 4 hours of sleep..

I bought some herbal sleeping pills to help pass the time a the boat terminal the other day, but they didn't do a shitload. I didn't expect them to do much; they're all made from exotic cabbages and stuff.

I have anti-insomnia. During the school year its hard for me to NOT fall asleep by like 9 usually. (on the weekdays)

shit dude. my sleep pattern is fubar...i'll be normal for a week then the next week it seems like i won't sleep at all. i have my meds portioned out very carefully. i take 4 percocet 30 minutes before bed and that way i can at least relax a little bit to catch a few hours. it's up in the air after that.

I've never really had any problems slpeeing even when i s moked like an 18th a day for like 3 months and then had to quit in one day....I still was able to go to bed fnine.
