so i've been smokin and smokin and drinkin and smokin, all while fucking around with my new dj equipment and software, and so far this is the beat i've produced that i'm the most proud of so far. i'm workin on some lyrics for it, this time it'll be me and not some lame ass robot voice software.

The drum samples really suck...try using live samples...real drum samples, they sound wy better. You find all you need here:

The rest is ok, but still very out of time in some places. But I wouldn't call it a song as yet. I'd add a few more instruments. And at least another part...

thanks for all your compliments and constructive criticism. i'm about off to my nephews birthday party, but when i get back i'm gonna tweak around my song a bit, see if perhaps you guys think it's an improvement. i'll try and add a couple more tracks, make the beat a bit more complex, maybe change the song around a bit too.

80's cartoon on acid was more or less the sound i was going for. the thing is, i DON'T want beats that sound like everybody else, ESPECIALLY three six mafia. they're on the complete opposite spectrum than what i'm going for.

there too g-g-g-g-gaaaaangsta. everyone of their songs has absolutely no purpose other than to brag about doing drugs and being g-g-g-gangsta. Rap is alright but Im more into 2pac, biggie, eminem, and any underground shit. anything that will make you use your brain twerk a bit.

Im slowly realizing rock and roll is much, muccch better

exactly, i don't give two shits about gangsters or their lame ass music. it's all about the REAL hip hop. killing some kid who is 20 and lives with and off his parents in ABQ, NM, jacks it all day with his fleshlight, and goes by the name pube on an internet forums and running trains on grannys aint real shit. underground is where it's at.

rock and roll? it's alright, but it's defenently not better than underground hip hop
