I think it should get the job done for an internet/work PC that she can save a file here and there on nothing major though | ||||

| Re: laptop question... got my dell inspiron 4 yrs ago now, cheapest they had, celeron procceser, no burner, no nothing, I've dropped this thing more times than I can remember, and never put a dime into it after purchasing. My dad just got a new one too, but with all the extras and its a nice machine, my sister got an HP and hers has shit the bed several times... Im a dell man myself.... not trying to change your mind, just like there products... | ||||

| Re: laptop question... i'm sure they have good products.. but everyone has certain companies they dont like for whatever reason.. plus i just want to walk in somewhere and buy it tomorrow and get this chit done w/.. if it was mine i'd think about getting a custom dell but thats more than what she needs, thats a pretty good price for a 512mb laptop from everything else i've seen | ||||
