  | Re: Let's talk Concerts... Hatebreed at the Ranchbowl (Omaha Venue...now defunct) Probably the best mosh ever, lots of violence...great music etc. Lamb of God at The Sokol Auditioram. Ween at the Sokol Underground...etc..good stuff. Man dude, I'd hate to be the fucker who has to drive like 6 hours just to see a good concert. | ||||

| Re: Let's talk Concerts... Here goes, All these stories will be 100% true. Hope you are not bored. Story One. Led Zeppelin 1977. NYC Madison Square Garden. One word - fantastic. Played a great set list, Page and Plant at their peak, great sound system, extreme volume, but exceptional quality. Tripped out Laser light show (hey it was 1977 god damn it)! Page played Achilles Last Stand for like 25 minutes, with a wicked guitar solo in a green "laser generated pyramid" on stage. Smoked a ton all night, Rock and Roll and Stairway of course were also highlights. When the houselights came up after the last encore, you could not see across the garden to the other side because of the huge cloud of smoke. | ||||

| Re: Let's talk Concerts... my first concert was the rolling stones. i was 13 and my mom took me. joan jett and living color opened for them saw the beach boys, mike and the mechanics and steppenwolf when i lived in florida saw papa roach, the pretenders, neil young, kotton mouth kings, pittbull daycare and a couple others. some of those were free invites. neil young and the pretenders was the best show ever man. neil young is the fuckin man | ||||

 | Re: Let's talk Concerts... best show: probably the last show my band had before we broke up. we got the audience really into it worst show: one of those whiney shitty bands that i dont remember most memorable show: my bands first show when our singer ran off stage to the bathroom halfway through the last song and puked then came back and finished the song i dont go to many shows unless they are mine | ||||

| Re: Let's talk Concerts... Story two: The Rolling Stones 197?, JFK Stadium in Philadelphia. In two Words SUCK JOB! First JFK for those who don't know, was an outdoor stadium. It rained all day. A little band named Foreigner was the opening act, and they were booed because everyone wanted the stones. We were in the infield on a blanket all wet and muddy. Smoked joints all day, and was snorting crystal THC all day. And did some valium. Peter Tosh played next, good tunes and by now the crowd is feeling no pain. So now like 5 Hours after the concert started, come Mick and the Stones. Jagger wore loose fitting White pants, and troughout the entire set he would dip his hand in his pocket, and when he pulled it out his fingertips were covered in a strange white powder, which he removed from his hands with his nose.....Huummmmm! They played for about 1 Hour, and left, done goodbye, no encore, nothing, the Stones have left the building. That sucked. Since then the stones have been dicks to me. | ||||

We took 2 of my friends that had never seen them, it was a blast. The light show from this summers tour was the best ive ever seen, they brought trey in atlanta, it was insane. | ||||
