I remember being blazed a couple months back and thinking how crazy the world is now and how we're so much more advanced then we used to be.. and how we're evolving and all that shit.. now its like we're going under and going into a depression and shit.. that hurricane fucked us up pretty good.. hopefully everything will get settled soon. thoughts on whats gonna happen? I never liked bush. | ||||

| Re: my change in mind.. i agree, i dont think he has done as bad of job as it is made out to be. Many of the problems were there when he took office. He turned around the recession clinton gave him. He handled 9/11 rather well i thought. The main thing most people have against him is the war. I think saddam should have been taken out back in the 1990s. Jimmy Carter put him in power in 79 and i am no fan of his nor am i a fan of his and reagans ideas of putting dictators in power to feed your needs (IE oil). Clinton gave Korea the means for nukes. I dont like bush for his social christian policies, his growing of the fed govt into our lives (patriot act), his crap stand on immigration. I thinks hes made alot of mistakes in the war, but i support it on the premise that is should have been handled long ago, its been our policy to do so. Clinton passed the iraq liberation act in 1998 which called for an overthrow of saddam. I dont blame bush for the oil prices. The OPEC cartel is not producing enough oil to meet the growing needs of the us combined with india and china. | ||||
