Im not a big fan of stainless/chrome look. I opted for the parkerized so I could have the same protection from the elements but the classic look. I never EVER have to oil this thing, its even been humid as fuck lately. No rust on it and its not even in a case.

I shot a semi auto 12 gauge the other day that took 3.5 inch shells, shit was tight

yeah, i only have a coulple boxes of it tho. Also, the semi-autos tend to be picky with ammo. Like you said it ran off 3.5 inch shells and I bet thats all it will reliably feed. Pump you can use any 12 gauge shell, even the tiny 1" shells.

first off pube, you are operating under the assumption that I care/knew the order of and all the guns you had. I got the 10/22 because it is the .22 I am most familiar with, was the first rifle I ever shot. The mossberg 590 is the most popular self defense pump shotgun on the market.

Not EVERY SINGLE police force or military. It certainly is a matched contender with the 870 and 500 series though. All 3 are equally used. All 3 are solid guns too. BTW I get my Glock 32 barrel and some .357 sig FMJ ammo as well as some federal and winchester ranger LEO ammoz.
