The competition explained.

What is the competition?
The one with the most posts in 28 days starting on Monday September 18th at 8:00pm and ending Monday October 16th at 8:00pm will have won the competition.

Administrators play a role:
The one stipulation is, you have to have a higher post count in 28 days as the admin administrators of fucking at least tie. The Adminstators are not eligible for any of the “prizes,” but you do have to beat us. If that is not accomplished, then the competition starts over at the end of 28 days until there is a winner declared. Every 28 days the winner is the one that beats everyone else, including the administrators. If no one can beat the administrators then the title does not change, and the previous holder continues to be The Postwhore.

I will be pulling my stats from Top Posters page.

Prizes?
At the end of the 28 day period the winner will be placed in a usergroup that will show up on the “Forum Leaders” page HERE. Also you will get a postbit icon under your avatar.

This being the first Postwhore competition there will be another prize. It will be a Big Lebowski T-Shirt from AllPosters.



Rules:

*Rules can be changed at any time, but the posts before that rule was implemented will continue to stand.

1. No posting gibberish over and over again. No posting numbers one after another. Gibberish once in a while is fine with me, but if it's an obvious attempt at padding your post count then I will not count those posts in the final tally, or will just merge them all into one post. If it's a typical post whoring off topic thread, then game on for the most part, just don't go overboard over and over again. You get the drift, it's not even really a rule, just a guideline, but whatever, I’m sure I'll give a warning if I think it's getting out of hand.

2. Off topic threads are allowed, but do not spam the forums over and over again with them. Use in moderation, but, you know, play the line a bit.

3. Be a postwhore, have fun. Just do what postwhore's do, and everything will be good.

Starting next Monday (Sept. 18th) I will be starting an incentive contest. It will be like a "Postwhore of The Month" type deal. I haven't ironed out all the details yet. But, it will be the one with the most post's at the end of a 28 day time frame will get a post bit icon under the avatar similar to the apprentice icon that daisey is rockin for winning the apprentice competition, and be placed in THIS LIST.

This is kind of the test pilot if you will to the Postwhore of the Month. If this ends up doing good, I will be doing it every 28 days, and every 28 days the postbit icon, and forum leaders page will change to a different user if they can beat the previous champion.

This being the first Postwhore competition I was thinking about giving a prize of some sort, like a Big Lebowski T-Shirt or something from AllPosters.com which give 30% of every sale to the site when you use the link at the bottom of the Forum Home.

The first Postwhore of The Month Competition will be held;

September 18 - October 16th.

I will pull them at 8PM on October 16th, and if it continues every 28th day from then on.

There will be rules like no posts of just gibberish (klajdfajdfa) over and over again, and stuff like post numbers one after another unless it's relevant (it might be). Me and TheDude will not be eligible, but will play a factor on the game to add another variable to the mix in order to win. The details on how much of a factor the admins will be, the rules (which can change at any time), and any other announcements about this competition will be released at a later time probably in this thread.

I rememberz that. We all had 60-70+ posts per day on average at the beggining.
