   | ps2 question i've got that second generation ps2, the real slim one. i'm getting a new pc and i plan to burn dvd's quite a bit. does that ps2 play burned dvd's? do i have to burn them to a certain format? my plan is to rent a dvd, rip it to the computer with dvd decrypter or dvd shrink, then burn it to a dvd-r or dvd-rw, whatever. then will it play in the ps2 or am i missing a step? | ||||

 | Re: ps2 question Yeh the burned dvds do play on the ps2. I copy a lot myself, and they play fine on my Playstation. What I do usually, is rip the film with dvd decrypter, then shrink it to fit on the dvd-r using dvd shrink. Takes a couple of hours on my PC, but yours might be faster. Its worth it though. | ||||

| Re: ps2 question I also scan all the discs I rent out, as well as the Dvd sleeve. So once Im done printing a label out for my discs, and I got the sleeve printed out, you cant really tell the difference between the copy and real one. I just ordered 50 new Dvd-r discs off ebay. Pretty cheap at £13 including postage. | ||||

   | Re: ps2 question Boondock, you can actually burn GAMES for the PS2. I believe...you need alcohol-120% or some shit just look it up on google, it works it makes nearly perfect 1:1 copies of the games/dvd movies what not. | ||||
