Psychadelic soup...

'50 psychadelic mushrooms
'1tbs hemp/olive oil
'28 g's butter
'1 leek finely sliced
'2 shallots chopped
'1 clove of garlic chopped
'1 liter vegatble or beef stock
'sprig of thyme
'150 ml. double cream

Heat the oil and butter. Add the leeks, shallots and garlic, and cook gently for about 5 minutes until softened. Chop the wild mushrooms and add to the sizzling pan and gently stir.Then add the stock, bringing it to a boil. Lower the heat and add the drained mushrooms. Simmer for roughly 30 minutes. Place in a blender and grate till smooth texture. Return to the heat, and stir in the cream...

i could do without the shallots and maybe add some barley and a a few good herbs I'm thinking Tyme and Oregano perhaps some new potatoes also never been a big fan of putting leeks and Garlic in my soup

best way to eat mushrooms are as follows:

1. take mushrooms out of bag, crumble down them down to the size you can just swallow it.
2.take a can of beer in one hand, throw mushrooms in your mouth, swallow with beer
3. drink more beer
4. let the mushrooms kick in a bit and repeat steps 1-4 again till your mind is truly fucked and your only a couple signatures away from the loony bin.
