pros: alot of station for any genre
good sports (nascar, acc, espn, etc)

cons: only get signal out side or at a window

my mom has XM in her car, all the stations suck. but when you're on a road trip it gives you stuff to listen to. Good sound and reception, not very hard to work.

actually my wife has been bugging me for it cause she is a big radio junky so i'll probably get some sort of cirrus package for her for christmas. a dock for the car and one of those boom bok looking things that you use for the house

Yeah, Howard is the reason I'm making the jump too. I just hate having another "free" service (FM Radio) turn into another monthly bill.

i'm with you there but get used to it. everyhing is going to be that way soon.

i hope his show don't go overboard. i don't want to hear fuck and shit and cum every 5 seconds. i like the inuendos that is used on the show, thats what makes it so fuckin funny.

it isn't worth it to me. my dad has it. i listened to 1 station for 2 hours. then hopped in the car 4 hours later and caught a couple of repeats. but they change their entire rotation kinda daily, from what i've caught. i will prolly end up getting it someday.. like when i fuckin retire and get a rv and drive around a whollllllllllle lot.

I totally hear you on that issue, imagine what it's like now trying to listen with little kids in the morning, and it it goes totally overboard, I'll have to be carefull where the kids are all the time when listening, to say nothing about the car, I'll just have to tune out.

my friend has xm and its alright but im thinking about geting cirrus just to record and listen to howard because i use to listen to him on the way into school but my new school is so close to my house i dont have anytime :(
