Well, you all know Ill say that it is worth registering at, as in some ways its my site, or at least i administate it,

Its just a different site, with more of a focus on threads with a purpose, not to banter back and forth.

I mean, I like mindifidoaj because of the types of conversations that go on here, and i like tokeup for entirely different reasons

Who knows you might like it

Tokeup is OK, a little more uptight about some subjects, and some people over there have ZERO sense of Humor.

Well, i agree, it is a bit more structured, but thats because its intended to cover a more specific subject matter, rather than just have none whatsoever.

Again, to me both sites have their positives and negitives. But that of course can be said about all things

well thankfully i dont have to deal with that, but yes, that has been an issue to me their

ive been concidering either paying for our hosting out of my pocket( which would eliminate the need for the adbrite, clicksor bullshit) when i can, or buy the owned VB license

but with my current situation, that will be a few weeks at least

yeah, I know that the ads are the worst part of the site, and If the bills arnt too high, ill try and take them up, and see if it helps, But theyb really might be very high, we are a high traffic site, with a shitload of guests alone on it every day, not to mention the active membership, it eats up alot of bandwith, which likely makes our monthly hosting bill a shitload of cash

Yeah theres more rules and you cant just post a picture of your dick if you want to, but it's still really chill, it's how I found this place. Biggest plus to tokeup is so many more members, and a lot of smart ones.

you guys think tokeups really that slow?

i have a shitty dell inpiron with only a celeron procceser. and i use the shitty aol explorer that comes with the newer AIM's cause my IE is fucked up, and I always keep like atleast 5 tabs open at all times, and my computer does it all fine and its like 5 years old and only gets restarded like once a month. the only thing i noticed that will really suck all your bandwith is the chat room.

i use mozilla and when you click the turny wheel on the mouse it open the link in a new tab, and sometimes ill have like 20-30 tabs of different threads open. and ill go through and read them then X them. it doesnt work on tokeup.
