| Re: WATER PILLS Ok. So have her do this. Go up to K-Mart or some super store and get Niacin, and Vitamin B12. Have her take 1000-1500mg of niacin once a day with a light meal and lots of water. Niacin is hard on the liver, but 3 days is not going to be too bad. Before she goes to take the test (start about 2 hours before) drink alot of water or cranberry juice. Anything that is a diarhetic (makes you piss alot). The cleanest part of your urine is midstream. The begining and end of the piss is usually the "dirtiest." The vitamin B12 puts color in her piss so it's not super clear. Good luck to her. | ||||
