Now I do agree with lets call them limits on say time or even amount of social help a person can get housing projects in my opinion are as you said breeding ground for the criminal element. I also believe a guy who can't write his name or tie his shoes because he is so badly mentally or physically handicapped maybe deserves a break | ||||
