you ever just sit there and think about things?
i do all the time. just about why things are the way they are. whats the point?
why are we here? that type of shit.
i feel ripped off. earth has been around for like 4 billion years and has another 4 billion untill the sun wastes everything. dinosaurs ruled for millions of years and then extinction. our ancestors, the first homonid species started walking on 2 legs. thousands of years and they evolve into humans. if you think about it, in the last 100 years humans have taken huge steps forward. i think we will be lucky to make it another hundred.
in the big picture we will have been on earth for a blink of an eye.
how come we evolved into this supreme thinker, the top of the food chain but still we will be lucky to live 80 years.
humans and all the animals we know will go extinct and then other species will take over and on and on untill the end of time.
in the end, what was the point?

i just wonder if things would have been different if humans were not always worried about war and taking over control of others. so much time and money has been put into war and weapons. i wonder how things would be if the greatest minds of their day focused on figuring out why we are here and how can they extend life.
instead we get chemical weapons and nuclear bombs. i think we went in the wrong direction.


i know i ramble and i don't know how to put my thougts down in words. sometimes i sit on the couch for hours and close my eyes and just think. think about life, about death, about how it was millions of years ago.

wonder what is going to be dominant after humans go extinct
