  | you know how cigs knock 5 minutes of your life per cig that you smoke..... imagine what a pill or a bomb of bass etc etc *whatever your poison is* takes off your life angry does anyone think people who ddo chems n that tend to look older than they are? i mean you know how most drugs speed up your heart rate etc, and there are theories about everyone being born with so many heartbeats, and how you treat your heart determines how long you live. So if you stay fit your resting heart rate is lower and so you live longer, you live like a slob or a stresshead and you have more beats there for die younger... what about us who's heart rates go mental almost every weekend..................  | ||||

I think if you keep yourself in good shape, you've got a fighting chance to live over 75 (and who wants to be older than that) no matter how many drugs you do. I think how you eat would have a bigger effect on your heart than how many pills you pop or shots you take... unless your an alcoholic or something.. | ||||

Word to that brotha... my grandpa was on his deathbed almost 15 years before he passed away because of smoking and other problems... he quit smoking and lived some time longer....

 | Re: you know how cigs knock 5 minutes of your life i think it depends on the person... my stepdad never smoked, always ate good and excersize... and he had a mild heart attack and had to get 6bypasses, his "widowmaker" was 90% clogged.....he's good as new now but he did everything so that shit wouldn't happen, and it was worse then my grandpa's bypass, he only had 3 and he was a good 350lbs, and my stepdad is in damn good shape we go running a few times a week and work out together sometimes he can keep right up w/ me and he's 62 | ||||
