I don't know anyone in their right mind who has a linux installed who wants to boot in windows.

But, Don't need to get rid of linux. Just open grub.conf and edit the default to whatever you want.

Yeah once it comes up you will at the top of the file you will see where you can set the default setting. It should be commented out well enough to see what's what.
