      | This should be grand... My mom is getting rid of her old computer and getting a new one. Has 512 MB of RAM, AMD 2100 proc, and Im gonna get a 750-1TB of hard drive space for it when I get it, also gonna need a TV OUT card. But, this is what I am going to do with it.
Basically, it's like Windows Media Center edition but hella cooler. I can download music, and vidoes, rip videos, CD's, DVD's to it, record tv shows (DV-R), and set it up as a big bad ass media center. Also, probably gonna make either a streaming audio off it web program with Apache/or something, or open up FTP so others can download my media if they want. But, shit should be ballin'. My mom hasn't decided when she gets a new computer but she said it should be before they finish their new house, so my guess is 3-4 months, but Im hella excited about it. | |||||||||||||
